Kristina joined Marsh & McLennan Companies in 2011. In her current role as Senior Director of Global Sourcing and Procurement, Kristina leads all global sourcing functions including category management, strategic supplier relationship management, and contract management. She is also responsible for delivering key programs such as the company’s Global Travel and Vendor Risk Management programs, and supporting MMC and its operating companies in achieving their Supplier Diversity and Green Procurement objectives. Prior to joining Marsh & McLennan Companies, Kristina held various vendor management, sourcing and contract management roles as an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney and as Managing Director at TD Ameritrade. Kristina has also held several financial and operational positions in the financial services industry including Head of PMO, Revenue Manager, Controller, and Financial Systems Administrator.
