Scott Sugarman, Associate Director of Talent Acquisition - R &D with Daiichi Sankyo

Scott oversees Daiichi Sankyo’s recruitment of Research and Development professionals at all levels. He is responsible for the Talent acquisition strategy, Headcount Management and Executive Recruitment for the US  Research & Development with a large focus on Oncology. Lastly, Scott has played a critical role in spearheading Daiichi Sankyo’s contingent workforce management vendor selection process and launch of the company’s vendor-neutral and integrated Vendor Management System and Managed Services Program.
