Tom Hogan is Senior Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer for CBS Corporation, a mass media company that creates and distributes industry-leading content across a variety of platforms to audiences around the world. Tom oversees a team in New York City and Los Angeles that manages sourcing, travel and records administration across all Divisions of CBS Corporation including the CBS Television Network, CBS Television Stations, CBS Television Distribution, Showtime, Simon & Schuster, CBS Interactive, CBS Films and EcoMedia. 

Tom’s entire career has been dedicated to supply management, and he has had a passion for elevating the procurement function to a strategic orientation in each of his positions. Under Tom’s leadership, CBS Strategic Sourcing has applied a repeatable strategic sourcing model, promoting competition and diverse supplier opportunity, across a wide array of spend categories, including: IT, entertainment payroll and residuals, legal services, energy, health insurance, retirement benefits, and many others. These efforts have taken significant costs out of the business, and contributed to driving earnings per share and other key corporate strategic objectives.

Prior to joining CBS, Tom served at his alma mater, Cornell University, in developing a strategic supply function in the non-profit sector.  Preceding Cornell, Tom was Vice President, Procurement & Strategic Supply for Loews Cineplex Entertainment, a global motion picture exhibition company.  Previous to Loews Cineplex, Tom was Vice President of Purchasing for Ogden Entertainment Corporation, where he was responsible for leveraging supply requirements for an international roster of professional sports venues, convention centers, and performing arts centers.  Tom began his career at Trans World Airlines, where he managed a team responsible for in-flight requirements, for a renowned global airline.

In a career bookended by working on the management teams of two legendary business leaders, Carl Icahn and Leslie Moonves, Tom  has worked in some of the most dynamic and historic settings in modern American industry.

Tom is a graduate of Cornell University, where he has also been a guest lecturer, and he has lifetime CPM Certification from the Institute for Supply Management. He resides in Stamford, Connecticut with his wife Linda, and their son Ryan.

Julienne B. Ryan began her professional career at age five when she did TV commercials and learned important things like “the teamsters always eat first,” her social security number and how to endorse checks for bank deposit. 
Ryan studied psychology in college because she wanted to understand humans. Later she enrolled in an Ivy League graduate school where she paid oodles of money to validate her prior on-the-job learning experiences.  
Ryan evolved into working in “Talent Management,” a fancy way of saying “try to find people and keep them moderately happy and productive.” Her background includes roles with Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, small businesses and academic institutions with assignments responsible for supporting organizational development, human resources, and administration through change and transition.
More importantly, Ryan has worked with supply chain professionals throughout her career and has even served as an ISM Affiliate Executive Director.

Neil Aronson is the Head of Global Sourcing, leading the enterprise-wide sourcing transformation for all expenditures at Uber Technologies, Inc..

Mr. Aronson joined Uber in 2016 after serving as Director, Global Strategic Sourcing – Services for Salesforce.  At Salesforce, Mr. Aronson oversaw sourcing responsibility for all Services related indirect spend. He was instrumental in collaborating with executive leadership to accelerate scaling Sourcing Operations by simplifying Legal requirements and moving tactical Souring items to an outsourced solution. 

Prior to joining Salesforce, Mr. Aronson was the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he led the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Team supporting all of Goodyear’s North American Tire Facilities Manufacturing expenditures.  He has held several senior sourcing roles at Procurian/Accenture, where he supported several fortune 100 companies in Sourcing, Buying Operations and Program Management.  

Mr. Aronson is a founding member of the Silicon Valley Sourcing Leaders (SVS Leaders), a Bay Area professional group for Silicon Valley based sourcing professionals looking to challenge the status quo by applying new learnings that help organizations make better strategic spend decisions.

Ramsay Chu is the head of Procurement for Rio Tinto where he is supported by a team of people based at Rio Tinto sites or regional offices across the world. He is an energetic leader with many years’ experience in developing and implementing best-in-class supply chain solutions.
Ramsay joined Rio Tinto in 2012 and has played a significant role in driving change within the organisation. He is responsible for implementing sourcing strategies and executing supply agreements for the Rio Tinto Group businesses. In addition, he leads a shared services team supporting all buying, inbound logistics, working capital reduction and warehouse management operations. He is supported by a team of over 1500 people based at Rio Tinto sites across the world and regional office hubs on five continents. He is based in Salt Lake City, USA.
Prior to Rio Tinto, Ramsay was the Senior Vice President, Strategic Sourcing at Fiserv where his responsibilities included Procurement, Real Estate, Corporate Travel, Physical Security and Corporate Facilities across the enterprise representing over 250 locations worldwide with annual expenditures over $1.3B. Before Fiserv, Ramsay was Vice President of supply chain solutions for Visa International, where he led a team to manage costs and drive efficiency across five regions and seven business units in the areas of Procurement, Financial Operations and Real Estate. His post graduate career started at Intel where he held various management roles of increasing responsibility across Legal, Operations and Supply Chain for over nine years.

While at Cushman & Wakefield, Janice led the post-acquisition team and integration of the best in class supplier agreements and implementation of the VMO proprietary site BUYMAX. The project led to a smooth transition and drove greater favorability and visibility into the procurement organization.  In addition to post acquisition projects, Janice led her team in the implementation of a firm wide emergency notification system.
While at HOK she led several internal renovation projects in the HOK New York office and Los Angeles offices.  
Janice is currently in the process of acquiring her PMP certification in addition to completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Project Management at SUNY Empire State University.
In her spare time, she enjoys hiking, fundraising for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and participating in Team in Training endurance events. She is currently training for her fourth triathlon.

Previously, Jeff was the Interim Leader of Global Real Estate (GRE) Americas Portfolio & Service Delivery where he was responsible for developing and implementing HP corporate real estate strategies within the Americas Region. 
Before joining GRE, Jeff was the Director of Global Categories for the Business Services organization. Prior to that, Jeff led the Global Technology Products Category team. Jeff joined HP in 2007 in Global Advertising and became the Director of Global Marketing.

Ramez has built and led an end-to-end procurement organization that is strategically aligned and has delivered significant savings, while maintaining a strong governance discipline. Ramez also leads the real estate/facilities and corporate aviation functions.

Prior, Ramez was the Vice President of Business Management at the General Counsel’s Office for First Data (Denver), where he was responsible for the global operation, procurement and finance of the legal, audit, corporate aviation, security and compliance departments.

Ramez also served as the Director of Finance and Operations for NCR’s Law Department where he led and oversaw all aspects of the worldwide operations including: managing $100 million budget (including corporate reserves); talent retention and development, as well as all other human resources issues, for 110 employees; tracking worldwide litigation progress; and management of significant outside Counsel expenses.

In the 1987-1996 period, Ramez has held various positions including in financial planning, process re-engineering, pricing and strategic planning.

Expertise: Transformation and change management, negotiation, expense management, business re-engineering, pricing, strategic planning and operations. 

His qualifications include a Master Degree of Science in Economics and a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Wright State University, where he also served as an Instructor in Economics.

His personal development has kept pace with his increasingly senior managerial positions, having been sponsored for intensive senior management courses at both Dartmouth College and The University of Pennsylvania business schools. Ramez was also a member of NCR’s Leadership Challenge and First Data’s Senior Leadership Forum.

Dawn Fritzell is the North America Indirect Procurement Leader for Kimberly-Clark. She is responsible for the Procurement of over $2 billion in Indirect Services and leads a team of 25+ professionals. In this role, she has led her team to achieve world class levels of value while prioritizing stakeholder engagement. Currently, she is developing a long range strategy to transform how Kimberly-Clark manages and reports Indirect spend. During her 24-year-tenure with Kimberly-Clark, Dawn has helped pilot the Global Procurement Organization’s Business Engagement Manager Role by aligning with the North America Family Care business to drive a more strategic level of engagement and value creation to the business. Leading the way in establishing engagement practices, the pilot program grew into a role model for other regional procurement teams worldwide. Dawn has led both Global Procurement and North America Procurement teams in support of financial products and services, led cross-functional collaboration success with Advertising, Marketing and Marketing Services, and played an active role in Procure-to-Pay initiatives jointly led by the Global Procurement Organization and Accounts Payable. In the last 10 years in Kimberly-Clark’s Procurement Organization, Dawn has been awarded the company’s esteemed CFO Excellence in Finance Award and a CFO Leadership Award.
Dawn spent the first twelve years of her K-C career in Finance and prior to K-C worked in Consulting. Dawn holds an M.B.A. from University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Her undergraduate degree in biology is from Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa. Dawn lives in Appleton, Wisconsin with her husband and two children. She is a distance runner and is passionate about supporting local community organizations.

Marc has a proven track record of developing and managing high caliber procurement and sourcing teams.  Marc has over 20 years of industry experience in management and over 14 years in procurement and sourcing.  He is accomplished in all areas of procurement including vendor management, pricing and contract negotiations with heavy focus in IT. He has vast experience over many industries and with companies that have mature processes such as American Express, AAA Insurance, and Delphi Corporation.  Marc has his Business Management Degree from Pennsylvania State University and is involved with a number of professional affiliations including ISM-Arizona where he had held many officer seats including the President.

Rich is currently Sourcing Manager for Commercial Procurement at Regeneron Pharmaceuticals. Rich has responsibility for the Market Research, Commercial Training, Commercial Ops (including Speaker Bureaus, events and trade shows), as well as responsibility for Media purchases across brands.  

Previously, Rich was a Senior Procurement Consultant for IBM; Managing IBM’s external customers Marketing Communications Procurement spend.  Responsibilities included design of the agency model, partnering with client stakeholders, and initiate new agencies. Rich was also responsible for quantifying and managing savings, and demonstrate value to external customer. Industries included Multinationals, Retail, Distribution and Pharma.

Rich was also Vice President, Business Development for Meeting Consultants, a meeting planning agency.  Rich’s unique experience of being both on the client and agency side of this business gives him a unique view and experience of the Marketing industry. 

Rich has spoken at ANA conferences, MPI events, and Event Marketing Summits on numerous occasions.  

Previous, Rich was Worldwide Team leader for Events for IBM Global Procurement, and was responsible for leading the team that procured all event services worldwide.

Rich had been in Marketing related Procurement positions since 1996.  In 2001 IBM created the Marketing Communications Procurement team and Rich became the procurement leader for newly centralized IBM Global Events.

Prior to that, Rich has spent 21 of his 22 years at IBM in various procurement related positions.

Currently, Jim serves as the Director – Strategic Procurement for Indirect Materials and Services within the centralized Procurement organization at R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company. Jim is responsible for a team of fifteen procurement professionals that support the procurement of approximately $1.4 BN dollars of Indirect Materials and Services.  Jim has over 13 years of Procurement experience at R. J. Mark previously worked at Hewlett Packard, McKesson Corporation and Alliance/Fireman’s Fund Insurance company where he was Chief Procurement Officer.  Mark has also held supply chain positions at Verigy and Bookham, Inc.

 Mark has a MBA in Supply Chain Management from the WP Carey College of Business, Arizona State University. She also has a MIM in International Business from Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management and a BA from Trinity College, Connecticut.  He has more than five year’s experience living and working overseas, including in Asia, Europe and South America.

Eileen, certified as an Emotional Intelligence assessor and coach by the Hay Group, has over 30 years experience as a businesswoman, teacher, and entrepreneur.

She recently retired from the Arizona State University W. P. Carey School of Business where, for 18 years, she was part of both the Supply Chain Management Department and the Graduate Career Center. She developed and maintained relationships with supply chain executives and co-created and led the University’s supply chain center, i.e., The Network for Value Chain Excellence. She also created and taught a mandatory course for first year MBA students about Emotional Intelligence, including the analysis of the 360 EI survey required of all students.

Prior to relocating to Phoenix from Chicago, she owned and operated a print shop serving the business community of Chicago’s North Shore, taught, and sold residential real estate.

Cliff Moore is co-founder and chairman of COPC Inc. Based on his extensive experience with performance management systems, including the development of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award program (where he served as an Examiner, Senior Examiner, and a member of the panel of judges), Cliff led the research and the working sessions to develop the COPC Customer Service Provider (CSP) Standard in 1996. This industry standard for performance in customer experience operations has become the foundation for the COPC® Family of Standards, which today are known as the most rigorous and prestigious performance management systems in the customer experience industry.
Recognizing the need for guidelines based on best practices in indirect procurement, in late 2015 Cliff began working with industry leaders and academicians from Western Michigan University to develop the industry’s first and only Indirect Procurement Standard.

Nick was born and grew up in the multinational executive and diplomatic community of Geneva, Switzerland. He studied at the International School with over 50 other nationalities.

He graduated with honours in biochemistry from the University of Sussex, obtained his MBA from the European campus of the Pacific States University, achieved P.Log. (professional logistician) certification, and more recently, SRME and CCME (international Expert in Supplier Relationship and Commercial Contract Management).

Supply Chain is the enduring theme in his career, from consulting very early on to European IT marketing while embedded in the French operations of Digital Equipment on a corporate funded position to drive greater sales force integration. There he built out the partner offering suite of software and services with leaders such as ADP/GSI, Accenture, and CSC Ouroumoff. He formalized the “Digital Story” strategy of using the company’s own global supply chain operations to showcase the capabilities of their systems, with a customer showcase centre inside the French logistics operatons, senior client symposia and industry events, training sessions, print and video collateral.
He emigrated to Canada about 20 years ago when he joined KPMG, which then became BearingPoint. He then returned to KPMG to rebuild the supply chain consulting practice.
