Originally from Spain, Miguel Gonzalez started his career in Procurement and Supply Chain with General Electric Plastics. He later has worked for Nalco Chemical, Kraft Foods and currently for DuPont, where he has responsibility for Global Logistics, including procurement, corporate operations and trade compliance.
As part of the Dow – DuPont merger and upcoming split into three independent companies, Miguel will be the Chief Procurement Officer for the Specialty Products division.
Miguel has lived in Spain, The Netherlands and the USA, together with his wife and two sons. He has a degree in Business Administration, a Master from Universidad Camilo Jose Cela and an MBA from ESERP Business School.

John Proverbs has more than 20 years of procurement and supply experience. John is currently the Head of Procurement at KLA-Tencor Corporation. John joined KLA-Tencor in 2003 as the Senior Director of Procurement. Notably in 2013 KLA-Tencor was recognized by the IAAPS in 2013 for Best-In-Class Outsourcing Management, as well as by the ISM for its Excellence in Supply Management. Zach Greenberger is a Global Supply Manager and Indirect Procurement leader at Tesla; leading Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management of all indirect operational services. Zach has a wide array of expertise in emerging technology, which are demonstrated by his 50+ patent applications in Supply Chain, Commerce, Cognition and Blockchain, amongst others. Jeffery Smith has served as the Global Director of Indirect Materials and Services for the Sourcing and Logistics function in DuPont since July 2012. In this role, Jeff oversees a global staff of 150 employees responsible for approximately $6 billion in spend for good and services that include human resources, information technology, professional services, MRO, fleet, travel and site services. His selection followed more than 36 years of experience with DuPont, including more than 17 years in Sourcing & Logistics and 15 in Sales and Marketing, as well as positions in Information Technology and Applied Technology.

Keith Woody is currently Vice President, Global Indirect and Logistics Sourcing for Technicolor. His previous experience has spanned across both public and private equity owned businesses with a charter to drive procurement transformation, process optimization and talent enrichment. Mr. Woody has held executive leadership roles within companies ranging between $4 billion and $64B billion in revenues, including Asurion, Freescale Semiconductor, and Dell.

Carol Philipps, C.P.M., is a senior director with Biogen’s Global Procurement Team in Cambridge, MA. She leads the company’s indirect strategic sourcing team with responsibility for over $1B in annual spend globally for categories supporting travel, information technology, human resources, legal, commercial/marketing, and other general and administrative requirements. She is a graduate of Biogen’s Women’s Leadership Program, class of 2017.

His team is responsible for the lifecycle expense management of the corporate wireless and market data programs (tools, reference data, trading instruments and proprietary applications that interact with the financial markets). He is noted for building and restructuring teams and operations from the ground up, often under tight deadlines and with major cost savings goals. In 2014, David’s existing market data expense team absorbed the corporate wireless responsibilities. Martin Rohde is the director of Amazon Business’ commercial vertical. As director, Martin oversees strategy, P&L management, and end to end customer solutions for key commercial sectors such as, technology, industrial, financial services and hospitality. Martin has extensive experience in B2B procurement, working with enterprise customers in Sales and eCommerce roles. Martin has held executive positions at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Hewlett Packard, and Arrow Electronics.
Martin is originally from Dusseldorf (Germany) and holds Masters degrees in both Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (Germany). He lives in Seattle with his wife and son. Martin enjoys sports and outdoor activities, especially soccer and boating.
