Neil Aronson is the Head of Global Sourcing, leading the enterprise-wide sourcing transformation for all expenditures at Uber Technologies, Inc..
Mr. Aronson joined Uber in 2016 after serving as Director, Global Strategic Sourcing – Services for Salesforce. At Salesforce, Mr. Aronson oversaw sourcing responsibility for all Services related indirect spend. He was instrumental in collaborating with executive leadership to accelerate scaling Sourcing Operations by simplifying Legal requirements and moving tactical Souring items to an outsourced solution.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Mr. Aronson was the Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he led the Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) Team supporting all of Goodyear’s North American Tire Facilities Manufacturing expenditures. He has held several senior sourcing roles at Procurian/Accenture, where he supported several fortune 100 companies in Sourcing, Buying Operations and Program Management.
Mr. Aronson is a founding member of the Silicon Valley Sourcing Leaders (SVS Leaders), a Bay Area professional group for Silicon Valley based sourcing professionals looking to challenge the status quo by applying new learnings that help organizations make better strategic spend decisions.

Joseph Martinez is the Chief Procurement & Financial Operations Officer - MUFG where he is responsible for sourcing, travel, procurement to pay operations, corporate real estate, corporate insurance, corporate security and 1st line third party risk management for MUFG. Martinez brings more than 30 years of experience in Supply Chain Management. Where he has held varioius senior positions in financial insititutions such as Bank of America, American Express and Joseph was Chief Procurement Officer at Wachovia Bank. He also served as a Managing Director in the Strategic Sourcing Group at JPMorgan Chase, successfully leading the Professional Services Procurement Operations on a global scale. His prior experience also includes consulting for PricewaterhouseCoopers, as well as spending over ten years living and working internationally in Asia (Japan, China and Singapore) and two years in the Latin America markets earlier in his career. In addition, Joseph served 8 years in the U.S. Army and is a veteran.
Joseph earned his Bachelor’s degrees from The University of New Mexico in Business Administration and History. He has contributed to publications and written articles on topics of Supply Chain Management for the International Association for Commercial Contract Management and the Institute for Supply Management. Ronald Schnur is Vice President, Procurement for Global Indirects for MolsonCoors Brewing Company. Ron manages a team of 50 people responsible for over $2.2 billion annually in support of all MolsonCoors Business Units globally.

She began her career as an engineering co-op at Boeing supporting the Space Shuttle program. Cheryl led procurement teams with responsibility for contracting and managing supplier performance.
