With 20 years of experience in Procurement, Anita is passionate about elevating the function beyond tactical cost savings to a strategic driver of innovation, supplier partnerships, and long-term value creation. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she spent a decade in both Direct and Indirect Procurement roles, before taking on additional leadership roles in the Indirect space. Anita now leads Procurement at MANSCAPED, where she built the function from the ground up—an experience that has been both challenging and deeply rewarding, as she helps the organization unlock its full potential. She is especially passionate about cultivating strong supplier relationships, recognizing suppliers as category experts and key partners in delivering exceptional business results.
