Christina Morrow, Sr. Director, Supplier Relationship Management, Ricoh USA, Inc., is responsible for the strategic development, implementation and execution of indirect procurement, sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management strategies for Ricoh globally. She also manages Ricoh’s Supplier Development & Impact program and strategy to increase procurement efforts with small businesses within the local community and provide further value to customers. Morrow is focused on streamlining processes, creating efficiencies, reducing costs, and building mutually beneficial partnerships to build an inclusive supplier ecosystem. During her 24 years with Ricoh, Morrow has held various roles within procurement. In 2012, 2016 and 2019, Morrow was named a Top 30 Champion of Diversity, In 2020 she was named to Best of the Best as a Champion of Diversity and in 2014 a Top 25 Women in Power Impacting Diversity, and most recently in 2023 & 2024 as a Top 25 Diversity change leader each by DiversityPlus Magazine. Morrow graduated from St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2021 she completed the Certificate of diversity and inclusion through Cornell University. In addition, she is the Co-lead for the Ricoh Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Team.
