Connie Chou

Connie Chou is a Director of Procurement Operations at Microsoft. In this role, Connie creates strategies to simplify and optimize the buying experience for internal stakeholders, and leads a team responsible for managing procurement tools, processes, and outsourced service providers that touch over $24B in supplier spend annually. She designs complex large scale programs and operating frameworks that enable people, process, and technology to intersect to deliver exceptional results.

Connie has 15 years of Procurement experience, and held roles previously at AT&T Wireless and Providence Health Systems. She has a B.S. in Supply Chain and a B.S. in Marketing from Arizona State University, and an M.B.A. from the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs.
