Deborah Stanton

Deborah Stanton is the Executive Managing Director of CAPS Research. She leads the non-profit organization focused on advancing the practice of supply management through outstanding research and benchmarking, in partnership with Arizona State University and Institute for Supply Management. 

Deborah brings many years of corporate experience as a supply management practitioner.  Most recently she was CPO and Group Executive at MasterCard responsible for Global Supply Chain and Corporate Services.

Prior to Ms. Stanton’s role of CPO and Group Executive at MasterCard from 2009-2014, she held various leadership positions in supply management at Honeywell, Whirlpool, and Temple-Inland.  Deborah has been ranked #4 “Top CPO” by ExecRank and holds a degree in Business and Economics from the University of Minnesota.
