Jaye joined Cook Medical in 2019 as the Global Director, Indirect Procurement Prior to joining Cook Medical, Jaye held various positions within her 38 years of procurement. Including 17 years in the Automotive industry, Tanning Bed industry, and at 12 years Rolls-Royce Aerospace industry. In her many years in procurement Jaye has managed several Direct categories and commodities including raw materials, gear boxes, oil tanks and pumps. Her most recent in the Indirect categories of IT, Freight and Warehousing, MRO/Facilities, Indirect Professional Services, Travel and Marketing. During her career, Jaye also was a Sales Manager This experience brought a great deal of knowledge for a better understanding of the "Win-Win" relationship between Procurement and Sales Representatives. Jaye holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She is a past board of director member for 3 organizations. Director of Membership for ISM – Institute of Supply Management, Indiana - Director of Soroptimist International, Indianapolis Metro - and on the board of advisors for IWL - Integrating Woman Leaders, Inc. She is also the past President of RRWIN – Rolls-Royce Women in Indianapolis Network and past President of GEN MLC – Mid-Late Career employee resource groups Jaye has always had a passion for leadership, and especially mentoring others. She often says “because I want to make a difference in a positive way” She loves to take the lead to help individuals and organizations. Her favorite quote is “Live your life like a snowflake, leave a mark, not a stain” Anonymous Jaye resides in Greenwood, IN with her husband, Rex. She has 1 daughter, 1 son, 3 grandsons, 3 granddaughters and 2 dogs
