Joel Mintun leads the global indirect procurement organization at GlobalFoundries, one of the world’s largest semiconductor foundries. He oversees $1B+ in annual spend and manages a team of more than 30 professionals across six countries. Prior to GlobalFoundries, Joel built his career in management consulting and later led technology procurement at Elevance Health, a Fortune 25 company. He holds a master’s degree from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
