As the Associate Director of Sourcing and Contracts Technology, Karen is responsible for leading the management of the GEP SMART platform, UC Benefit technology, and the overall help desk support structure for all 11 UC campus locations while continuing to drive the business relationships with other UC entities such as UC Health and National Labs in coordination with UC Program Leadership and Procurement Leadership Council members.
