Lukas is currently the Global Employee Benefits Sourcing Manager at Intel responsible for over $650M in annual spending across 63 countries. His career with Intel over the past 12 years has also included a variety of sourcing roles including professional services, IT hardware & software, managed services, outsourcing and contingent labor. For the past 6 years, Lukas has successfully partnered with Intel’s HR organization to save over $100M in healthcare spending while implementing various commercial strategies in an effort to transform the way employers purchase and consume healthcare. He holds a position with the National Business Group on Health Payment Reform Committee in an effort to influence state and federal activity. Lukas received his BS degree in Supply Chain Management and MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business.
