Maria Heyes is the Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing for Indirect Materials—covering Facilities Management, Logistics, MRO, Packaging, and Travel—within the Global Supply Chain at Western Digital Corporation. A seasoned supply chain leader, Maria brings over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with a strong foundation in strategic sourcing and operational efficiency. Maria began her career in the defense sector as a Contract Manager, where she focused on communication satellite programs. Her early experience in high-stakes, complex contracting environments laid the groundwork for her success in global supply chain leadership. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Purchasing, Materials, and Logistics Management from Arizona State University. Outside of work, Maria is passionate about mentoring high school students and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family. A devoted Sun Devil football fan, she finds her greatest joy in the company of her husband, Bill, and their three grown children in the Bay Area.
