Melly has over seventeen years in the procurement industry and, as onsemi’s Director Global Indirect Procurement, is responsible for leading the company’s Corporate Services team and Procurement Order Center. She has held a variety of sourcing roles overseeing both direct and indirect spend, and has extensive experience in developing and implementing global sourcing strategies that maximize the effectiveness of today’s complicated supply chains. Melly is an alumnus of the W. P. Carey School of Business, holds Masters degrees in Business Administration, and is fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia and Mandarin.
