Michael Gordon is an accomplished procurement leader with over 25 years of experience in strategic sourcing and financial management across the Biopharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, and Semiconductor sectors. As the Head of North America Procurement at EMD Group for the Chief Administration Office in North America, he enhances operational efficiency and drives cost reductions through effective Source to Pay functions. He has successfully led ERP implementations, acquisition integrations, and significant procurement optimizations, including the Source to Payment stream divestiture of the Consumer Healthcare division. Michael is dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation to develop sustainable procurement solutions.
