Nick Schultze

Nick Schultze, Sourcing Category Leader for Intuit’s Global Contingent Labor and FTE Recruitment programs, brings over six years of experience in developing and implementing strategic sourcing plans for $100M+ in annual services category spend. He recently led Intuit’s contingent labor transformation journey that will deliver millions in annual savings while expanding the program from 3 countries to 9, and creating efficient new processes resulting in a simple, single point of entry for all requests. His leadership helped expand the program globally bringing all spend, across 4 continents, under management, and expanding a conventional category into an effective, compliant program for all contingent workers.
