Tad Wampfler

Tad Wampfler is Senior Vice President at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, where he seeks to compel the system into higher value added approaches to Sourcing, Hotel Design, and Construction for a company with more hotels (greater than 9,000) than any other company in the world.

Tad is a respected and successful leader who has contributed to the growth of several of the nation’s best franchise systems.  He is a business executive operating in the procurement world, as opposed to a procurement executive operating in the business world. Before joining Wyndham, he served as CPO at Starwood Hotels & Resorts and prior to that at Wendy’s International.  He was CEO and Chairman of the Board of a restaurant supply company, worked in operations, marketing, sales, and new concept development.  He also sits on the board of a tech start-up serving the craft beer industry.

Tad received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration - Marketing from the University of Toledo and his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
