Tracy Loper

As Global Travel Manager for General Dynamics Mission Systems, Ms. Loper is responsible for negotiating and managing contracts and programs with air, hotel, rental car and agency suppliers.  She has served two terms as Chair of General Dynamics’ Travel Committee, a coalition of 18 business units responsible for developing and managing enterprise travel agreements on behalf of the corporation.  Ms. Loper currently chairs General Dynamics’ corporate air subcommittee, which formulates and implements strategic initiatives that are enacted within each participating business unit. 

 Ms. Loper developed General Dynamics’ consolidated hotel program in 2002 and actively participates in industry networking groups, particularly those focused on Aerospace and Defense.

 Ms. Loper earned her Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degrees in Management and Marketing from Arizona State University. She also holds a Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Loper holds a Global Travel Professional designation and is a member of the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA).
