Learning from the Present and Looking to the Future

ProcureCon is a phenomenal experience. The conference continues to focus on not just where we are today, but also on where we should be five and ten years from now. It maintains excellent strategic focus and keeps senior level attendants coming back year after year, which is something not many organizations can do. When my team and I attend ProcureCon, I am confident that we are learning from the best and will be able to interact with our peers and share best practices across industries.

How ProcureCon Has Helped Me Build a Stronger Team

My focus is people, process, performance and platform. The thing that really keeps me up at night is ensuring that not only I have a team that is capable to think outside of the box, but is also not afraid to be disruptive. ProcureCon has been wonderful at providing a place where my team and I can come up with solutions that the business hasn’t yet thought of. Procurement is in the best position to look across the organization to see various strategies that the business units are working on, so having a capable team that is forward thinking really makes all the difference.

Opportunity to Form Valuable Connections

The level of senior leaders that have been present at the conference over the years is like no other. You are interacting with Chief Procurement Officers, VPs, Director levels and so. I have been able to establish at least three new relationships at each ProcureCon conference I have attended.
