Doug Spence

Doug started his career as an accountant with Rolls Royce, then Joined the famous Mars Corporation, where he had an incredibly successful career in Sales, European Marketing and International Management. He was recognised as a great trainer and coach, so much so he coached members of the next generation of the Mars family itself (the 5th richest family in the world).

However, 8 flights and 5 countries a week took their toll, so he left and set-up his own company in 1993 and has never looked back since, incidentally Mars was his first client. Microsoft, Porsche, Adidas, Apple, BT, JP Morgan and his latest Amazon are all clients, each one of them approached him to work with them, he has never done any traditional marketing in over 20 years.

Doug typically presents around the world at 15-20 Conferences a year with audiences up to and over 1000 delegates. He also works with numerous sporting personalities, some for many years including, David Beckham and Victoria too!, the European Ryder Cup Golf Team, and the Williams Formula One racing Team including the CEO and Claire Williams the new Deputy Team Principal. Private Clients are where Doug spends most of his time, helping “ Bring the Best Out In People”, and being the trusted advisor and Mentor to support hard-working people achieve results way beyond their expectations.
